How does ordering work?

Ordering takes a few minutes. Here is what happens, step by step.

1. Choose your plan

On the pricing page, pick a duration and the number of devices you want to watch on at the same time. The price is shown in your local currency.

2. Fill in the order form

Enter your email address carefully: everything we send you (payment link, login details) goes there. For each device, choose App / Smart TV or MAG box (a MAG box needs its MAC address).

3. Pay

You receive an "Order received" email, then a secure payment link by email. The payment page may show the amount in euros. Once you have paid, simply reply to the email with a screenshot of the payment.

4. Receive your login details

As soon as your payment has been checked, your account is created and your login details arrive by email: server URL, username, password and an M3U link (or the portal URL for a MAG box).
