Renewing my subscription

Reminders

We email you a few days before your subscription ends, and once more the day before. The first reminder can include a renewal offer.

How to renew

1. Open the link in the reminder email, or go to the pricing page.
2. In the order form, tick "This is a renewal of an existing account" and enter the username of your current account.
3. Pay as usual.

Your login details stay the same: there is nothing to change in your app. You receive a confirmation email with your new end date.
